How it works
- 1 Pick what each subcontractor needs to send Employers' and Public Liability, CSCS cards, RAMS, waste carrier licence, Gas Safe, whatever your job needs. Or just ask for everything and sort it later.
- 2 They upload it from their phone One link, no account, no password. They photograph the certificate and it's done. Most take under a minute.
- 3 You get told before it expires We read the expiry date off each document and warn you at 30, 14 and 7 days. We chase the subcontractor at the same time — by email and text — until it's replaced.
