CertChase is an early-stage tool being built by Okan Sarica, based in London. This page explains what we collect through the early-access form on this site, why, and how to have it removed. Questions: info@certchase.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into the early-access form:

• Your name
• Your company
• Your role
• How many subcontractors you use
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)

We don't collect anything else, and there are no advertising cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

To contact you about early access to CertChase and, if you're happy to, to arrange a short demo. That's the only reason. We won't add you to a marketing list or send you anything unrelated.

Where it's stored

The form submits to Google Forms, and the responses sit in a Google Sheet that only we can access. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until we've finished this early-access research, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time. Just email info@certchase.co.uk and we'll sort it out.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.

Changes

If this changes, we'll update this page. Since nothing is live yet, it's likely to stay simple for now.
